Robert Zimmerman, CPA
Senior Member - Business Consultant
Bob is the founder of Zimmerman & Associates, LLC., CPAs. His accounting career began following graduation from Penn State University. He did his postgraduate work at Loyola College.
Bob is the technical and management leader of Z&A. Under his leadership Zimmerman & Associates, LLC., CPAs has grown from a small two-man operation to a regional organization. Bob continues to constantly update himself in the accounting and taxation phases of business. He is also the author of our newsletter, "The Newsledger".
Bob has sat on various professional committees, donating his extensive business knowledge and experience to the financial communities who have supported our firm’s growth and made numerous speeches to financial institutions, community groups and trade associations. His knowledge of the construction industry is among the top in the country.
Rich Brunner, CPA
Senior Member - Tax Specialist
Rich is a graduate of Loyola College with a degree in accounting and the senior member in charge of our tax department. He also chairs our new business program and public relations department. In this capacity, he is constantly interacting with bankers, lawyers, investment brokers, insurance agents and numerous public figures.
Rich’s captivating personality, determination, and unique leadership abilities allow him to be readily understood by outside professionals, clients, and our staff members. He encompasses the knowledge and experience to effectively plan and execute complicated business and tax programs and both the intellectual and emotional literacy to help our clients through complicated tax territory. The tone of his leadership sets a great example to our professional staff, clients, and the business community.
Senior Member - Accounting Specialist
Dave is a graduate of UMBC with a degree in economics. He is the Senior member of Zimmerman & Associates LLC in control of all phases of professional accounting services rendered by Z&A. As such, Dave is in charge of our field accounting operations. In these capacities, he controls our internal staffing as well as our field operations staff.
Dave’s supportive and approachable management and leadership style combined with his extensive accounting operations knowledge and experience make him an essential part our team. He is aggressive in working for you yet calm and collected which creates a great working relationship. His friendly forthright personality continuously has made him a treasured confidant to our clients and staff alike.
Information & Technology Specialist
Jane, our “technical quality control” specialist, is in charge of our internal accounting and assists the members in controlling our overall business operations. In this capacity, she is responsible for our internal computer operations, billing operations and our internal business growth progress. Jane is loyal, hardworking, and consistently bringing quality communication to the workplace.
Human Resources Manager
Carol has a bachelor's degree from West Chester University and a master's degree from Towson University. She is in charge of our Human Resources Department. As such, she is responsible for overseeing our employee life cycles.
She is also active in our Marketing Department continuously bringing her positive outlook, good nature, and wisdom to developing marketing plans and participating networking events.
Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager
Brittany is a US Army Veteran currently pursuing her education in accounting at the University of Maryland. She is our bookkeeping and payroll manager.
Brittany brings passion and enthusiasm to the workplace. She is extremely detail oriented, has incredible recall skills, and prides herself in being efficient and effective in accomplishing tasks and organizing data.
